Guidance for Patients

The practice works as a team. The Practice Manager, Admin Staff, Secretarial Staff, Practice Nurses etc. all shares the work with the doctors. If you have any issues please approach the reception staff and they will guide you in the right direction.

Confidentiality

If you have a confidential request please ask to speak to the receptionist away from the open reception desk.

If you wish to speak to a Nurse please telephone the surgery and the reception will advise you of the best time to contact individuals.

Zero Tolerance

Verbal abuse and violence to members of staff will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behaviour may result in you being removed from our list.

Please speak to the receptionists if you wish to attend one of these clinics.

You may need to be seen by a doctor who will arrange the referral to the appropriate clinic.
