Out of Hours
From 6.30pm on weekdays until 8.00am the following morning and over weekends and bank holidays the Out of Hours Centre will cover all requests for medical advice and home visits.
Please telephone 01625 502999. This is the Primary Care Centre which is staffed by a Nursing Sister and GP's. It is situated next to the Accident & Emergency Department at Macclesfield District General Hospital. This service is available at weekends and bank holidays. For advise and information you can contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 this is a 24 hour nurse-led telephone advice run by the NHS. It provides information on the diagnosis and treatment of common conditions.
